WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE ASKED WHAT THE PROBLEM/QUERY IS AS WE NEED TO DIRECT YOU TO THE RIGHT SERVICE

IMPROVED ACCESS  (Evening and Weekend Appointments)

In addition to the practice's normal opening hours, you can also book an appointment to see a local clinician in the evenings or on Saturday and Sunday at locations across South Worcestershire. GP practices are working together to provide extended access appointment to our patients. This means that your extended access appointment may be with a different GP, nurse or based in a different location or practice that you are used to, and some of these appointments are telephone only. These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during opening times - when calling please ask for an extended access appointment and our receptionists will help you to find a convenient appointment.

If you wish to make or cancel an extended access appointment when the surgery is closed please telephone 01905 789061

If you would like a chaperone present during your consultation, please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment or when checking in.

Please remember that doctors and nurses take holidays and have other professional commitments outside the practice and it will not always be possible to offer an appointment on your preferred day.

patient triage is unavailable today.

Please put urgent requests only via telephone

ADVANCED NURSE PRACTITIONERS

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner rather than a doctor. Advanced Practitioners are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. You can also cancel your appointment logging in via the website using your personal ID and password.
