Help for those without the internet - A phone number has been set up to help those who can’t access the internet, to help them fill out the form. The dedicated number is: 01905 768053. This can be used Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm.

 

A website and help line to help vulnerable people who are struggling with

  • Medication collected and delivered
  • Transport to attend gp/hospital appointment
  • Money problems (benefits, lost job, furloughed, debt)
  • Can’t pay council tax
  • Problems with pre-payment metres (can’t top up)
  • Carer/neighbour can no longer help me
  • Feeling isolated
  • Mental health problems
  • No electricity/gas
  • Informal care
  • Feeling isolated
  • Commitments child care/dog walking

 

 

We are also able to help you prioritise supermarket shopping deliveries.
